Community Care Day is an annual event that exists to help connect people in our community who have a variety of needs with the organizations and services that can help provide those needs.
Description:
Community Care Day is a free clinic that offers a variety of free services to clients. It also serves as a connection point between people in our community who may have needs that services and organizations in the community can meet. The event has two parts: 1) providing actual services (i.e. health screenings, hair cuts, etc.) and 2) information fair.
History:
The Community Care Day came is a project initiated by the 2006-2007 Community Leadership Group. The Community Leadership Program is an annual program offered by the Heart of Wisconsin Business and Economic Alliance.
